MediBucks Consumer Rebate Program

 

MediBucks is our end-user program sponsored by Medique Products. You will find MediBucks in certain large-size Medique products in different denominations. The program is simple to use:

1. Collect your MediBucks. Once you have collected at least *500 MediBucks, you may redeem them for an amazon.com gift certificate.

1,000 MediBucks = $10 Amazon.com
2,500 MediBucks = $25 Amazon.com
5,000 MediBucks = $50 Amazon.com
10,000 MediBucks = $100 Amazon.com
For every 1000 MediBucks you earn $10 from Amazon.com

2. Redeem your MediBucks by filling out our online form and following the instructions.
A note about the form - The MediBucks Redemption form will submit your information directly to customer service. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that you will need to print and attach to the MediBucks you are redeeming. Customer service will be able to start processing your redemption, but will not be able to complete it until your MediBucks are received in the mail.

3. Mail the form along with the MediBucks to:

3499 Rider Trail South, St. Louis, MO 63045

4. You will then receive an amazon.com gift certificate** via email.
Please note: Your gift certificate will be sent via email and may be rerouted to your spam or junk folder. Please be on the look out for this email once you send in your MediBucks for redemption.

5. Spend your gift certificate at amazon.com!

* We cannot redeem less than 500 MediBucks at a time. 500 MediBucks points = $5.00.
